After extensive and time consuming troubleshooting which included swapping everything from the stable voltage side to the non-stable voltage side in order to get the problem to transfer...we finally found the guilty component. It was the overvoltage regulator. I installed a new Zeftronics unit and adjusted both voltage regulators to 13.8 volts (I was told by a reputable accessory rebuild shop in Tulsa that 13.8 is what is prefer for sealed batteries and 14.2 for the non-sealed) and everything appears to be back to normal. I wish to thank those who weighed in on my problem. And by the way, getting to and removing the overvoltage regulators is a night mare in a Seneca.
